Individual & Family Therapy
I support clients and families in weekly online sessions to address a variety of struggles. Some of my specialties include: Trauma (child, adult, immigration, PTSD, and CPTSD), attachment wounds, acculturation stress, navigating generational or cultural differences, family conflict, belonging and acceptance, coping skills, life transitions, chronic stress/burnout, survivors of abuse, adult children of emotionally immature parents, and others.
To meet your unique needs, I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic interventions, EMDR, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, and Liberation Psychology, and employ interventions from Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to bolster coping and thought-management skills. I’m especially interested in integrating anti-imperialist and decolonial perspectives to honor the broader context of your/your family’s experience.
